Privacy

Your privacy and your safety matter deeply to us. Here is what happens with your data, in plain words, and what we do to keep it safe.

Our promise

We collect as little as possible. We never sell data and we show no ads. We use no tracking and no analytics. People come here with things they rarely say out loud, so we feel responsible for keeping this place safe, and we take that responsibility seriously.

What is stored in your browser

We use no cookies for tracking, no analytics, and this website loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. While you browse, your theme and language are kept until you close the tab, so every page looks the same. If you click "Remember my choices", they are saved on this device for longer, together with your choice itself. These settings never leave your device.

Hosting and connection data

To show you this website, your device has to connect to our server. Our server and Cloudflare, a service in front of the website that delivers it quickly and protects it from attacks, therefore process technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page you opened. Cloudflare may process this data on servers outside the EU. We use it only to run and protect the website, not to identify you and not for advertising.

Discord and other links

The Join Discord buttons take you to Discord, a separate service. From there, Discord's own privacy rules apply, and we have no control over them. The same goes for the help links to other websites.

How we keep things safe

The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS). We keep the software up to date and limit who has access. We cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong, nobody can, but we do everything reasonable to prevent it, and we will tell you openly if something happens.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us at any time what data we have about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Write to the email address in the imprint or contact us on Discord. The imprint also says who is responsible for this website.

Changing your mind

Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. Choosing "No, thanks" deletes the saved theme and language.

Accounts

Accounts are not available yet, so the login and sign-up forms do not send or store anything. This page will be completed before accounts go live.
